目前，塑料模具制造在整個(gè)模具行業(yè)中所占的比例高達(dá)30%，可見，塑料模具加工工藝的重要意義。現(xiàn)階段，塑料模具已經(jīng)應(yīng)用在航天航空、儀表機(jī)電以及汽車等制造行業(yè)中。因此，塑料模具加工工藝具有非常好的發(fā)展前景。下面，筆者就塑料模具加工工藝現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)塑料模具加工工藝未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析。
At present, the proportion of plastic mold manufacturing in the whole mold industry is as high as 30%. It can be seen that the plastic mold processing technology is of great significance. 塑料模具加工工藝現(xiàn)狀

1）氣體輔助成型技術(shù)日趨成熟
1) Gas assisted molding technology is becoming more and more mature
近幾年，氣體輔助成型技術(shù)在塑料模具加工中逐漸得到應(yīng)用。目前，已經(jīng)有部分企業(yè)將氣體輔助成型技術(shù)應(yīng)用在洗衣機(jī)外殼、電視機(jī)外殼以及汽車裝飾物件等塑料物件加工工藝中，并且取得了非常好的效果。
In recent years, gas assisted molding technology has been gradually applied in plastic mold processing. At present, some enterprises have applied gas assisted molding technology to the processing of plastic objects such as washing machine shell, TV shell and automobile decoration objects, and achieved very good results.
2）熱流道技術(shù)應(yīng)用廣泛

雖然熱流道塑料模具應(yīng)用所占比例不高，但是熱流道技術(shù)在塑料模具加工行業(yè)中的發(fā)展速度非?？欤壳?，熱流道技術(shù)在塑料模具加工工藝中的應(yīng)用率已經(jīng)達(dá)到了33.33%。比較常見的熱流道加工技術(shù)分為三種，分別是一般內(nèi)熱式、分流板式以及外熱式。

隨著新技術(shù)、新工藝的不斷引進(jìn)，塑料模具的使用壽命得到延長(zhǎng)。目前，我國(guó)高速塑料異型材的加工速度已經(jīng)達(dá)到了商業(yè)化加工速度。塑料異型材的基礎(chǔ)模式可分為雙腔共擠以及多腔共擠兩種模式。我國(guó)有較多的企業(yè)已經(jīng)在塑料模具加工過(guò)程中，精心設(shè)計(jì)自動(dòng)脫流道模進(jìn)而冷卻系統(tǒng)，這令塑料模具加工效率得到了顯著的提高。
